What Is It Like to Be In a Reiki or Energy Work Session? Read On.

A Reiki Therapy session is typically performed in a quiet setting where disturbances are kept to a minimum. You can expect your practitioner to have a room dedicated to creating a quiet, softly lit space, where soft music and pleasant smells are present. Be sure to let your practitioner know if you would rather not have music. I like to use essential oils followed by a quite conversation to set a healing and comforting mood. Most energy healing practitioners keep a massage or treatment table in their healing room, with some having a chair or sofa recliner available as another option. The patient then lies or sits down, and is asked to relax as the session peacefully proceeds.

I understand that everybody is at a different place in their health and wellness; mentally, emotionally and physically. That’s why I go out of my way to listen and feel your needs and tailor my services and the variety of modalities at my hand, to your specific needs.

  Transcend Karmic Though-Forms, Groups, Relationships and Practices There is a   belief   held by many that in order for one to ascend or become one with God / Source one needs to go backward in time and resurrect past practices, ordinances and ceremonies and relive them.
